I really enjoy the ominous feeling of the empty eyes from the gas mask. I like how you have the two smaller canvases attached to the main canvas, it gives an added aspect that really helps make the piece feel whole. I also liked how you ask a question that we can all ask ourselves. Are you exploring personal pollution or literal pollution? I'll be interested to see where you go from here.
When I look at this, I almost feel like you are conveying the deep dark secrets of the world. The things that everybody knows is true, like being polluted, but they all want to keep it a secret and not change it. All I love the black and white and only using those two colors portray your piece. I feel like the really good with a polluted look and theme. If this is part of your concentration pieces I really feel like they will turn out to be really cool. - Beth

I like the use of shadow to make it look polluted. I also like how the eyes are white because death is usually associated with the color white.
